Scottish landscapes of light, mood and colour

I am a self-taught artist whose practice is rooted in oil painting, working

predominantly with Scottish landscapes and seascapes. My impressionistic

style is shaped by travels across Scotland, inspired by a long-standing

passion for hillwalking and wild camping. I am drawn to the changing light

and atmosphere, aiming to convey mood and capture the distinctive beauty

of the Scottish landscape.

While landscape remains central to my practice, I continually explore other

subject matter, developing my work further through still life and life drawing.
